Apostolic Theological Seminary and Bible College is Pentecostal, Apostolic, Oneness, Jesus name, holiness, -- Repentance, Water baptism and the Holy Ghost baptism are required for salvation! Jesus Christ is our God!
As full time missionaries, Apostolic Theological Seminary and Bible College is our evangelistic effort to reach pastors in foreign fields. All schools are overseas. When we are first contacted, we send out three books - 'Water Baptism', 'Holy Ghost Baptist', and 'Who is Jesus????'. Prayerfully these books will guide the pastor. We travel to help graduate students and preach the gospel in meetings and evangelistic crusades.

- We minister in local churches by preaching, teaching, and encouraging.
- Sister Klein ministers in the prophetic but only as Jesus leads.
- Both Brother and Sister Klein have published books.
- We minister through Apostolic Theological Seminary and Bible College, overseas
- We teach ministerial seminars on various subjects including Biblical Greek and Hebrew.
Why do we call ourselves Apostolic Theological Seminary and Bible College? First of all, we believe in teaching the same Doctrine that the Apostles taught the Church in the New Testament. Doctrine means teaching. We find today that many do not know the original plan of salvation much less what the Apostles actually taught. If the Ministry of the Church can understand beyond the basics, then the "Meat of the Word" can be published among God's people. Too many Ministries stop at Acts 2:38, and spend years just preaching basic salvation. Many have turned to the world and are teaching doctrines that have no Biblical Basis at all, but are ideas promoting Unity instead of truth. Truth stands alone, if it has to. The Church Body in the world is starving for the True Bread from Heaven. Paul, the Apostle, told Timothy these words, and they still ring true today: "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15

The purpose of Apostolic Theological
Seminary and Bible College is to teach and prepare the Church for its work in
the world. There are many schools out there so why choose us? It is our burden
to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. One of the greatest
things a God called man or woman needs to learn is Soul Winning techniques. It
is a real disappointment to tour a Bible College and then find out that soul winning experience among
the staff is either doesn't exist or is very minimal. We believe in reaching
the lost for Jesus Christ. We will teach you how to plant churches, win souls
and establish people after first making sure you are established in the Word.
You will be given opportunities to exercise your gifts and have confidence in
your knowledge of the Word of God.
The study guides, courses and seminars are based on our calling as teachers, Ephesians 4:11. We believe a called by Jesus Bible teacher must teach as and only as the Holy Ghost leads. We have written as the Holy Spirit led twenty plus Biblical study guides (books in outline form).
Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies, Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies, Master of Ministry, Master of Missions, Master of Theology and Doctor of Theology degrees are earned. We do not grant degrees for money. The courses must be taken. We are not a diploma mill.
All degree candidates are to be interviewed and approved by Dr. Klein, if possible. A graduate must agree with the requirement of repentance, water baptism, and Holy Ghost baptism for salvation. Differences in some doctrines are expected. We agree to disagree, iron sharpens iron.
Presently, Apostolic Theological Seminary and Bible College has schools in China, India, Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, the Philippines, Burma, Liberia, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Togo, South Africa, Jamaica, Netherlands, Mexico, and growing (18 countries)! There are over 2,000 students in different countries being taught weekly!
